Mrs. RADU has a degree in Economic Law from the State University of Moldova and also holds a post-graduate diploma in International Relations from the Governmental State Academy of Public Administration. She also graduated from the Advanced Management Program of IESE Business School at the University of Navarra.

Before joining as Partner of a UK based Consulting company Linx Advisors she has been Minister and Interim Mayor of the Capital of Moldova. Radu has been a Director of the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Moldova, having worked as well at Moldtrasnelectro, state electricity transportation company, the grid operator.

Silvia’s 30-year career in the private and public sector includes 18 years at the gas and electricity multinational, Gas Natural Fenosa, rising, in the final 7 years, to serve as Executive President in Moldova. She is currently involved in electricity and gas trading. 

She was awarded by King of Spain with the Order of Isabella the Catholic Cross.
